A trade post is also a listing in your box, so it matches while it waits for replies. Questions have their own page, with the unanswered ones first.

What people post here

Three kinds, filtered by the chips at the top of the page, or narrowed by name in the box beside them — and you do not choose between them when you post. You write one thing and the composer works out which it is. A trade post names what you have and what you want, and doubles as a listing in your box, so it keeps matching you with people while it sits here waiting for a reply. Show & tell is anything else worth putting in front of other players: a catch, a screenshot, a team a year in the making. Name a creature in it and it links back to that creature's market. A question is anything you want another player to answer, and lands on its own page with the unanswered ones first so nothing is left sitting.

Every creature named in a post links to that creature's page, where you can see how many players have one spare and how many are looking. That is usually the faster route: the post tells you who is asking, the creature page tells you whether anyone can actually supply it.

Posting something that gets a reply

Say which server you play on and what you already have to offer. A post that only names a want is asking a stranger to do you a favour; one that names a spare beside it is proposing a trade, and it is the second kind that gets answered. There is no need to ask whether anyone has a creature before offering — the counts on each creature page already answer that, publicly, without anyone having to reply.

Trades agreed here still finish in game: add each other, raise affinity to whatever the form needs, meet, swap, and both confirm so the trade is recorded. How trading works covers the sequence, and most wanted shows what the rest of the site is currently short of.
