What Aniimo Trade stores about you, who can see it, and how to delete it.

Aniimo Trade is a fan-made site. It is not affiliated with the makers or publishers of Aniimo. This page says what we keep about you and why.
What we collect
When you sign in. Your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us. We use them to create your account and to send you the emails described below. We never see your password.
What you type. Your username, display name, server, platform, in-game ID, the hours you usually play, your time zone, the Aniimo you mark as spare or wanted, your posts and replies, and the messages you send to other players on the site.
What happens on the site. When you were last active, trades you have completed or not completed, reports you file, players you block, and images you upload.
Technical logs. Standard request logs (IP address, browser, page, time) are kept for a short period to keep the site running and to stop abuse. We do not run advertising trackers.
What other players can see
- Your username, display name, server, platform, spares, wants, completed-trade count, and roughly when you were last around. Your profile page is private unless you switch it on.
- Your in-game ID is shown only to a player you are actively trading with or have accepted as a friend, so they can add you inside the game.
- Your play hours are shown to other players in their own time zone. Your time zone itself is not shown.
- Messages are visible only to the people in that conversation, and to a moderator if the conversation is reported.
Emails
We only email you about things that happened to you on the site, and about signing in. There is no newsletter.
Who else handles your data
We use hosting, database, sign-in, and email delivery providers to run the site. They process your data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Listings that are not kept active are removed automatically. Everything else stays until you delete your account.
Deleting your account
Email hello@aniimotrade.com from the address you signed up with and say "delete my account". Your profile, listings, posts, replies, messages, and images are removed. Other players' completed-trade counts are kept as numbers only, with nothing that identifies you.
Children
The site is for players aged 13 and over. If you believe a younger child has an account, email us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes.
