Can you trade Fulmintis in Aniimo?

What do I need before a Fulmintis trade?

Can you trade a Sparkling Fulmintis?
No. Sparkling Aniimo cannot be traded at any affinity level, and the option was removed from the in-game trading board. The same applies to Alpha Aniimo and to the Prismana Form of Fulmintis.
Is it faster to trade for Fulmintis or to hatch or catch one?
Fulmintis is an evolved or special form, so it is normally raised rather than found. Trading is how you get one without the levels, and trade-evolution round trips let two friends evolve each other's creatures.
