Can you trade Shelly in Aniimo?

Can you trade a Sparkling Shelly?
No. Sparkling Aniimo cannot be traded at any affinity level, and the option was removed from the in-game trading board. The same applies to Alpha Aniimo.
Is it faster to trade for Shelly or to hatch or catch one?
Shelly spawns in Crescent Bay, Echoback Landing, 夕阳海原, so catching one is often quicker than raising affinity with a stranger. Trading wins when you already have a friend at the required level, or when you want a form that does not spawn where you play.
