Illusory, Sparkling and Prismana variants in trades

Three words get used for rare Aniimo, and they behave differently in a trade.

Sparkling

The shiny. A Sparkling is a colour variant of an ordinary form, and trades like one: you need two Sparkling copies to give one away, and the affinity level that form needs. Because a Sparkling is worth far more than its plain version, agree in chat exactly which copy is being traded and confirm it in the exchange window before you accept.

Prismana

An elemental form with its own type and often its own skill. Prismana counts as a special form for trading, so expect the level-4 gate, and the two-of rule applies to that Prismana form specifically. Two ordinary copies do not let you give away your only Prismana.

One firm exception: Aniimo hatched from Bond Pact sealed eggs are bound to the account and cannot be traded or exchanged. That is from the official event FAQ, not a beta report.

Illusory

The one that comes from trading itself. Beta players described an Illusory as a rare variant that can appear when a trade completes, with the chance rising with the affinity between the two players. No rates have been published. Treat it as a reason to trade with a high-affinity friend rather than a stranger, not as something to farm.

What to check before a rare swap

• Form and variant, explicitly. "Thornblade" is not "Sparkling Thornblade". Name it in chat and again in the exchange.
• Potential. Two copies of the same variant can differ in potential grade. Ask, and say.
• The lock. A rare you just received is locked for 30 days.
• The record. For anything you would hate to lose, check the partner's completed trades on their ticket.

On a trade here, a spare can carry its form and a note, so "Sparkling, 9/10 potential" is on the sticker before anyone proposes.
